This program is for 9 and 10 year olds and is the first exposure to umpiring and live pitching by players. Defensive and offensive skills are emphasized from all defensive positions. Players experience strikeouts, three outs in an inning and score-keeping. The level of competitiveness is increased in this league. All players are placed on a team.
