🥎 EMLL Softball Coaches & Volunteers
East Madison Little League (EMLL) Softball is a recreational and developmental fastpitch program focused on helping players build skills, confidence, teamwork, and a lifelong love of the game.
We welcome volunteers of all experience levels whether you want to coach a team, help occasionally at practice, or share softball knowledge through clinics and skills sessions.
You do not need prior coaching experience to help.

Coaching Support & Expectations
EMLL Softball is a development-first program.
Coaches and volunteers are encouraged to:
Create a positive and inclusive environment
Focus on skill development over winning
Maximize repetitions and player engagement
Support both new and experienced players
Encourage teamwork and sportsmanship
Players often arrive with very different experience levels, and practices should help all players grow at their own pace.
