East Madison Girls Softball teams participate in the Windmill League, playing an 8-week season with 4 "Home" games at EMLL and 4 "Away" games at another team's location within 25-40 mins of Madison (e.g., Middleton, Waunakee, Cottage Grove, Lake Mills).
The Windmill League Tournament is in Watertown.

ROOKIE SOFTBALL SKILLS SESSIONS
Designed specifically for younger players U8 or U10 who haven't played previously but want to learn the fundamentals of softball in a fun and supportive environment.
Program Details
• Five 90-min sessions
Sessions will take place on the following Saturday mornings from 9:30 - 11am
June 6, June 20, June 27, July 11, July 18
• No session June 13th or July 4th
Sessions focus on throwing, catching, hitting, fielding, base running, game rules, and introducing the fundamentals of the game ending with a fun unscored scrimmage to apply the lessons learned during practice.
COACHES & VOLUNTEERS NEEDED
EMLL Softball relies on volunteers to support our players and teams, we are always looking for volunteers to help in roles such as:
• Assistant & Base Coaches
• Team Managers & Coordinators helping with communication or occasional carpool coordination
• Game Day Volunteers (scoreboard/scorebook)
No prior coaching experience is required and roles can be flexible depending on your availability.
